Introducing the Shadow Box Optical Illusion cutting board! This unique piece is crafted from carefully selected Walnut, Hard Maple, Padauk, and Cherry hardwoods. The dimensions are approximately 17”x 11.5”x 1 ¾” thick, making it a sturdy and stylish addition to any kitchen.
Rubber feet are included to prevent slipping, and there is a deep juice moat to catch any excess liquid. Each piece of wood is hand-cut and assembled by me, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
This cutting board is truly a one-of-a-kind piece of functional art. While it is currently out of stock, I can make one for you. It typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on my workload, for it to be ready for shipping or local pickup. Don't miss out on this beautiful and practical addition to your kitchen!

    Our cutting boards are handcrafted in Santa Barbara, CA using a mix of Walnut, Hard Maple, Yellow Heart, and Cherry Hardwoods. Each board is made from hand-selected quality hardwoods, making them amazingly durable and ideal for everyday cutting, chopping, slicing, and serving.

    Finished with food-grade mineral oil and a blend of Beeswax and Carnauba Wax, these cutting boards are not only functional but also beautiful.

    Please keep in mind that due to the unique nature of wood, each board will have different tones, grains, and characteristics, making each one-of-a-kind. We think this adds to the charm of our boards!

    While our cutting boards may have minor imperfections in the glue joints, rest assured that they are filled with sawdust and the same food-safe glue used in assembly.

    Please note that your board may look slightly different from the one in the photo, but each one will come with a list of woods used and care instructions to keep it in top condition.

    Domestic Shipping Policy
     
    Shipment processing time

    All orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
     
    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
     
    Damages    

    Cutting Boards By Ben​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    International Shipping Policy
    We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

  • CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

    • Wash with mild soap and warm water.
    • Oil your board once a month with mineral oil or cutting board oil.
    • Let sit overnight and rub off leftover oil.
